Orthopedic and Sports Medicine is a full-service medical facility specializing in the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic and neurological injuries. OSM was formed in 1988, and is conveniantly located in Kirkwood, Missouri, which is located appoximately fifteen minutes west of downtown St. Louis. We have created this web site in the effort to educate you about our physicians and office policy, and to allow you download your patient forms and other information so that your visit to our office is as enjoyable as possible. As well as answering some general questions you may have about our office before scheduling an appointment.
