Our office is open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Patients are seen by appointment. If you are a new patient please arrive half an hour before your scheduled appointment, bring any related x-rays or medical records and your insurance card. We realize that your time is valuable, therefore, we make a sincere effort to adhere to our appointment schedule. In the event that the doctor is delayed due to an emergency or surgery, our receptionist will inform you and offer you the option to reschedule your appointment. Please notify the office if you are unable to keep your appointment. OSM offers complimentary parking in the front and rear of our building (Kirkwood Bend). In the event that you park in the rear, you will enter through our buildings common area and veer to the right when you come to a large staircase, which will lead you directly to our office. OSM has two wheelchairs to assist you from your car to our office or vice versa. They are located in the front of our building in the vestibule. Please notify our receptionist in the event they that are both in use.

Prescriptions/Renewals

Requests for all prescriptions and refills must be made during normal office hours. When you need medication refills please contact your pharmacy at least two days in advance. Narcotic refills cannot be filled outside office hours. Please be advised that some medications require a written prescription. If this is the case, it will be mailed to you or may be picked up at our office.




Test Results

If you have a medical test performed you will be informed of the results at your follow-up office visit. If you do not have an office visit scheduled, our office will call you with the results within one week. If you have not heard back after one week, please contact our office at that time.




Financial Policy

We participate in most insurance and managed care plans. As providers for these carriers, we are happy to file your insurance claims for you. Co-payments, deductibles and payment for any non-covered services will be collected when you check in for your appointment. If your insurance requires a referral or authorization prior to treatment, you will be responsible for obtaining this information from your primary care physician. In order to process your claim, your insurance carrier may request additional information from you. If you receive such a request, please return it to your insurance carrier as soon as possible so your claim can be paid in a timely manner. In the event that your treatment is a result of an auto accident or other third party liability, we will be glad to file a claim to your group health insurance carrier, but we do not accept third party liability insurance. Our billing staff will be glad to assist you if you have questions regarding your coverage, if you need make any special arrangements, or for billing and insurance questions.

Education Outreach

Community talks and workers compensation inservices are available by contacting our office. Subjects include joint replacement, arthritis, sports medicine, evaluation and treatment of work related injuries, and common orthopedic conditions. Each of our physicians are available on a pre-scheduled basis for these presentations.

For worker's compensation presentations we would be happy to provide you with continuing education units if applicable.
